The Dick Shirley Chevrolet Late Model Stocks will be the evening’s main event, with a big purse increase. The winner of the 100 lap feature will take home $2,000 to win, with a guaranteed $200 to start for every Late Model Stock driver. May Day at ACE will also feature pay increases for the top 5 finishers in the 100-lap feature for the Dick Shirley Chevrolet Late Models. Purse for 2nd - $1200/ 3rd - $900/ 4th – $750/ 5th - $600, making this race one not to be missed. Other events on hand for May Daze @ ACE will be the Chick-Fil-A Modifieds, Twin 20 races for the Burlington Motors Limited Sportsman, Mini-Stocks, and King's Auto Salvage Extreme's. “We are very excited to announce this event as well as proclaim we are ready to capitalize on the renewed energy and interest at Ace Speedway. Our car counts have steadily risen, attendance has been strong, and the attitudes at the race track have never been better.
